Ryan Wiltz, CEO

Ryan Wiltz has over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Growing from a part time worker, after he attended University of Louisiana, to upper administration to becoming the President of Bob Croom, Inc. During these years Ryan took part in growing the business by making it international and integrating new and improved internet measures. Looking into other business Ryan purchased a franchise of In & Out Smart Repair (Now CPR). With his knowledge of managing and leading he had immediately had great success. While still owning multiple franchises, he is now CEO of Hometown Brands developing quality brands to manage, grow, and lead into success.

John Mike Heroman, Founder

John Mike Heroman has over 12 years of selling experience. He started working at a car lot where he learned the ins and outs of selling. He then with his business partner Gib Holland started a very successful phone repair business in 2012 called In & Out Smart Repair (Now CPR). They franchised the business opening 75 locations with over 14 million dollars in annual revenue in less than 3 years. John Mike and his business partner decided it was time to sell to Cell Phone Repair(CPR). Looking for other work in the franchise world he then found The Salad Station in 2017. He became Head of Franchise Development and brought them from 1 franchise to 18 franchises. He and his partner hold two franchises. He is now Co-Founder of Hometown Brands where he is using his extensive knowledge of franchise selling to grow Hometown Brands.

Gib Holland, Founder

Gib Holland has over 22 years of business experience this includes sales, entrepreneurship, and operations. After graduating with his degree from University of Louisiana Lafayette in 2000, Gib worked in sales as a top producer in AIG selling insurance and financial products. From there Gib took part in Co-Founding On-Site Medical Uniforms providing uniforms services for 90 hospitals and nursing homes. After meeting his business partner John Mike, they Co-Founded In & Out Smart Repair (now CPR) and franchised the business opening 75 locations with over 14 million dollars in annual revenue in less than 3 years. In 2017 they sold to Cell Phone Repair (CPR). Gib was then hired by Pizza Artista as VP of Franchise Development. He sold six large area development territories that will result in over 60 locations. Currently, Gib is Co-Founder of Hometown Brands and is looking forward to using his vast business experience to lead Hometown Brands.

Joe Benson, CMO

Joe Benson has over 20 years experience in internet marketing and software development. Joe is co-founder of a nationally recognized internet marketing agency Legnd, where he continues to lead successful marketing initiatives for nationwide and international companies. In addition to operating as the CTO at Legnd, he is directly involved in multiple other businesses in a marketing consulting role. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he studied graphic design and computer science at LSU. Joe also lived abroad in New Zealand for five years. He and his wife Fran are the proud parents to five boys.
